Overview
Most small-business websites are slow because of how they were made, not what they contain. A page builder ships a general-purpose engine to every visitor before it shows them a single word of your copy. We write the markup instead — which is why these sites load fast on a phone on a bad connection, which is where most of your visitors actually are.

How it works
Process
Scope
A call to pin down goals, audience, and page count. You get a fixed scope and fixed price before anything starts.
Direction
Layout and visual direction agreed on before a line of code is written, so revisions are cheap.
Build
Development and cross-device QA, with progress visible as milestones land.
Launch
DNS, final checks, go-live, and handoff of every credential and document.
Pricing
What It Costs
Most business sites land in the $499–$1,800 range depending on page count and complexity. Every project gets a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal before any money changes hands — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Common questions
Questions
How long does a website take?
A one-to-three page site typically ships in under a week. A larger multi-page build usually runs two to four weeks. Your proposal states a concrete date, not a range.
Do I own the website when it is done?
Yes, completely. The domain, the code repository, and the hosting account are all in your name. We hand over every credential at launch.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Yes. We audit what is there, keep whatever is already working (content, rankings, brand), and rebuild the rest. Existing URLs get redirected so you do not lose search traffic.
Will I be able to update it myself?
For content you change often, we wire in a CMS. For a site that rarely changes, we hand you documentation and handle updates on a care plan — usually cheaper than paying for a CMS you barely touch.
