Process
How does a project actually start?
You submit a brief through Get a Quote (or "Start a Project" in your client portal). We review it and reply within 24 hours with a fixed scope and price. Once you approve and pay the deposit, we kick off — usually within 48 hours.
What happens after I pay the deposit?
We begin work immediately. You'll get progress updates as milestones land, and a chance to review before anything ships. The remaining balance is due at delivery, before final handoff/launch.
How long do projects take?
It depends on scope — a landing page can ship in under a week; a full brand system plus website typically runs 2–4 weeks. You'll get a concrete timeline in your proposal, not a vague estimate.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a project cost?
See Pricing for tier ranges, or use the estimator on that page for a rough number based on what you need. Every project still gets a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal before any money changes hands.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — typically 50% upfront via a secure Stripe payment link, with the balance due at delivery. The exact split is confirmed in your proposal.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally, for bundled services or multi-phase engagements. If applicable, it'll already be reflected in the invoice you receive — there's no separate code to apply.
During & After the Project
How many revisions do I get?
Each proposal states the included revision rounds up front — typically two full rounds of feedback. Additional rounds can be added if scope grows beyond the original brief.
What if I need help after launch?
Log in to your client portal and open a support ticket — we reply by email as soon as we see it. For anything urgent, email rafiki@oduorwebservices.com directly.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis — ask about it once your initial project is live, and we'll scope a maintenance arrangement that fits.
