Automation
Business Process Automation
The manual steps you repeat every week — copying a lead into a spreadsheet, sending the same follow-up, chasing an invoice — handed to a workflow that does not forget.

Overview
Automation goes wrong when it is bolted onto a process nobody has examined. So the first thing we do is map what actually happens today, including the informal steps that live in your head. Often that alone removes work. What is left over is what gets automated — with failure alerts, because a silent broken workflow is worse than no workflow.
Deliverables
What’s Included
Workflow mapping
Your current process written down end to end, including the steps that only exist as habit.
Tool integration
Your form, inbox, CRM, calendar, spreadsheet, and payment tools connected so data moves without copy-paste.
Lead routing
New enquiries captured, logged, acknowledged, and assigned the moment they arrive.
Scheduled work
Recurring reports, reminders, and follow-ups that fire on time without anyone remembering.
Failure alerts
Every workflow monitored, so a break notifies you instead of going quietly unnoticed.
Documentation
A written record of what runs, when, and what to do when something needs changing.
How it works
Process
Audit
We watch the real process and time it, so the saving is measured rather than claimed.
Design
The target workflow agreed before anything is connected, including what happens when a step fails.
Build
Automations built and tested against real cases, not just the happy path.
Handover
Monitoring switched on, documentation delivered, and a review once it has run in anger.
Pricing
What It Costs
One-off builds start at $299. Ongoing monitoring and optimisation runs $150–$300/mo. Every project gets a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal before any money changes hands — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Common questions
Questions
Which tools can you connect?
Anything with an API or webhook, which is most modern software. We work across Zapier, Make, n8n, and custom webhooks, and pick per job rather than forcing everything through one platform.
What if a workflow breaks?
Every automation is built with error handling and monitoring, so a failure alerts you rather than silently dropping work. On a Workflow plan we resolve it; on a one-off build the documentation tells you where to look.
Is this worth it for a small team?
Usually more so, because there is nobody spare to absorb the admin. The audit measures how long the current process actually takes, so you can judge the payback before committing.
Do I need to change the tools I use?
Rarely. We connect what you already run. If a tool genuinely cannot integrate we will say so and give you the options rather than quietly migrating you.
